How to bake melt-in-your-mouth cookies

A delicious recipe for cookies, turn your oven to 200 fan and gather your ingredients

200g butter

200g butter

Soften the butter

Add to the mixing bowl

100g of caster sugar

Another 100g of caster sugar (I measured out 100g twice)

100g soft brown sugar

Add to the mixing bowl

Mix

Add an egg

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Aprox 275g of white self raising flour (I add a little extra because I spill flour everywhere)

Siv in part by part

Add it all

100g milk chocolate, 100g white chocolate, 2 pots of smarties

Add it all

I add a little more flour and a splash of milk because I am a bad man (and it was a little sweet)

Make small balls and put on grease proof paper

200C fan

7-9 mins later yum yum (be careful I burnt a batch at 220 conventional for 5 mins, so keep watch!)
