INGREDIENTS

Mix all ingredients together and form them into dough. Then place the dough onto floured surface and cut the dough into squares, then cut the squares diagonally in half. Bake and ENJOY!!

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp poppy seeds
  • 5 tbsp unsalted butter cold and cubed
  • 3/4 cups cold heavy cream
  • 1 large egg
  • For glaze: 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • For glaze: 2-3 tbsp lemon juice
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 4-7 minutes
