Mixed sugar, egg, butter and lemon extract in separate bowl until creamy and mix all other dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Mixed them altogether (dry and wet ingredients) until texture is creamy .

Bake cup cakes in 220degrees for 15-20mins

  • 2 tbsp blue poppy seed
  • 100g butter
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbps baking powder
  • 2 cups brown sugar not pressed

  • 1/2 tbsp lemon extract
