Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Measure together 2 cups flour and half a cup of sugar
Combine together
Soften 1 cup of butter
Blend with sugar and flour
Press micture into bottom of a 9x13 inch pan
Bake for 17 minutes
While crust is cooking, collect 2 lemons and cut them in half to be juiced
Place a bowl underneath juicer to catch the juice from the lemons
Collect as much of the juice from the lemons as you can
Place juice aside and collect the zest from the lemon
Add 1 1/2 cups of sugar with the lemon zest
Let it sit a while before adding in the 1/4 cup flour
Combine sugar mixture, eggs, and lemon together
Pour mixture on top of the baked crust
Bake for 20 additional minutes in 350 degree oven
And viola, your lemon bars are done!
