Place butter in a bowl then add the sugar and flour!
Place plain flour in a bowl with the butter
Make into bread crumbs by rubbing between the fingers
Add the sugar and gently stir with fingers
Add the lavender and mix and bind into a ball
Bind into a ball and roll out
Cut out and place on a baking sheet
Place in the oven at 180 degrees for 20mins
Place on a wire rack to cool
Place on a plate and put a few more sprigs of lavender on the shortbread, and serve!

- 2.0Tbsp Fresh lavender
- 60.0g Sugar
