How to bake healthy homemade graham crackers
Use these to make a pie crust, s'mores, or eat plain (my favorite way to dip in peanut butter!)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all your dry ingredients in a small bowl
Add your wet ingredients to completely mixed dry ingredients. You may do this in a separate bowl I just like cutting down on dishes :)
Mix the dry and wet ingredients. Form a ball with your hands or if you don't like getting your hands dirty, put mixture in a plastic bag and squish into a ball
Place the ball on wax paper and then another on top. Roll the dough flat into a very thin width. The thickness is your own personal preference
Cut into squares or use a cookie cutter to make fun shapes. Place on a cookie sheet. I'm impatient so mine are not very pretty or evenly shaped. I like to add extra cinnamon on top of the crackers
Bake for 12-15 minutes depending if you want a softer cracker or crispy. If you are making the crackers for a crust leave them in for longer for that crispy texture.
Enjoy :) to make a crust with the crackers put in a food processor with approximately 3 tablespoons of oil and pulse until crumbs and moist
- 1.0c Whole wheat flour
- 1/2tsp Cinnamon (I add more)
- 1.0tsp Vanilla extract
- 3.0Tbsp Sugar
- 2.0 Packets stevia or 2 tablespoon sugar
- 2.0Tbsp Agave (or maple syrup)
- 1/4c Oil
- 2.0Tbsp Water
