How to bake great paleo pizza

INGREDIENTS
Simple with 4 ingredients, optional salt. Preheat oven to 350°.
Toppings for us are a can of tomato sauce, paste, seasoning, open nature uncured hot sausage and 2 cups shredded mozzarella.
Compost your egg shells.
Beat the eggs. Mix in the coconut milk.
Add the two flours, [(optional) pinch of salt or garlic powder] and mix.
Prepare pan with parchment paper. We like traditional round pizza.
Spread gooey "dough" on parchment. Bake 15 min in 350° oven.
Mix sauce and paste.
Spread pizza sauce, (part sauce part paste for us) on baked pizza dough. .
Spread sauce. Sprinkle with about a teaspoon of seasoning mixture.
Top with your favorite toppings. For us, sausage and,
Mozzarella.
Bake for 20 minutes at 350°, until golden.
Cool a few minutes, not sure how many times I burnt my mouth hurrying into hot pizza. Cut and serve.
We both liked this crust. Wrap any leftovers. It is great cold for lunch.
- 4.0 Eggs
- 1/3c Flax Meal
- 1/3c Coconut Flour
- 1/2c Coconut Milk
- Pinch salt (optional)
- For seasoning, make up and use a little
- 2.0Tbsp Oregano
- 1.0Tbsp Basil
- 1/2tsp Fennel seeds, ground with other seasoning.
- 1/2tsp Thyme, i use a pestle and mortar
- 1.0tsp Garlic salt or granules
- For sauce
- 1.0 Can Tomato paste
- 1.0 Can Tomato sauce mixed together
- Toppings and cheese if you like
