Bake Gluten-Free White Chocolate Cookie Bars

Gather all your ingredients and get ready to make some Gluten-Free Christmas Goodness!!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees so it is ready to go when the cookie bars are done.
Prepare a 8x8 dish or a small casserole dish. You can also use a mini muffin pan for cute bite-size cookies.
Carefully crack the eggs into a separate bowl and check for egg shells
Mix eggs, balsamic vinegar and milk in a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Sift together the baking powder, baking soda, white hot chocolate mix together. Now add the dry ingredients to the blender until incorporated.

After draining and rinsing the garbanzo beans, add them into the blender gradually until the batter is smooth.
Fold in the white chocolate chips. Now pour into your dish and get ready for some cookies!!
Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cut into bars and drizzle with white chocolate ganache for extra pizazz!

- 16.0oz Can of Garbanzo Beans (drained and rinsed)
- 1.0c White Hot Chocolate Mix
- 1.0Tbsp Vanilla Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/2tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2tsp Baking Soda
- 3/4c White Chocolate Chips
- 2.0 Large Eggs
- 1.0Tbsp Whole Milk
