STEPS
INGREDIENTS
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Add 1 1/2 cups almond flour to a large bowl.
Add 3/4 cups arrowroot powder. Careful, arrowroot can be messy!
Add 1/4 cup flaxseed meal. This gives your bread lots of fiber!
Add a 1/2 TSP salt for flavor. (I like Himalayan sea salt, which is why this one is pink.)
Add a 1/2 TSP baking soda.
Add 4 eggs.
Add 1 TSP agave nectar, or honey. Try to use organic whenever possible.
Add 1 TSP apple cider vinegar.
Mix all the ingredients together. The batter should be moist, but not runny.
Pour the batter into a loaf pan. Tip: use a smaller pan to make the loaf to rise higher.
Bake your bread for 30 to 35 minutes. Stick a toothpick in the loaf to see if it comes out clean, which lets you know it's ready.
