TIP: When measuring out sticky ingredients such as peanut buttery, honey or in this case molasses, if you spray your measuring spoon/cup with a little bit of Pam it makes it come out easier.

Slowly add your wet ingredients to your dry bowl and mix until combined.

Flour your work surface whit a bit of flour and knead your dough about 6-8 times. Then pat your dough into an 8-inch circle.

Now it's time to use that egg white. Give it a good stir and spread on top of the slices. Then sprinkle some regular sugar on top. Pop them in the oven for about 12-15 minutes.
