Gather your ingredients!
Preheat the oven to 180'C.
Add cups to your cupcake tray.
Mix the butter and sugar together.
Add the eggs to the butter and sugar and mix well.
Add in the vanilla extract, baking powder and milk. Mix the ingredients together.
Gradually add in the flour until you achieve a smooth consistency (not too runny!).
Spoon the mixture into your cupcake tray and add your favourite toppings.
Bake in the oven at 180'C for 15-20 minutes. (Until a fork inserted comes out clean.)
Leave to cool.

- 4.0 Eggs
- 4.0tsp Baking Powder
- 2.0c Sugar
- 3.0tsp Vanilla Extract
- 4.0c Cake Flour
- 1/2c Milk
