Put all your ingredients in a mixer and mix them together.
Line a plumcake tin with some parchment paper.
Fill the tin with your batter.
Put your plumcake in the oven and cook for 20-25 minutes at 180ºC.
Your plumcake is ready to eat! You can also fill it with some jam or pastry cream :)
