How to bake crock pot cookie crust pecan pie soufflé

Spray pots with nonstick cooking spray.

Prepare cake mix according to package directions. Chocolate would be perfect, too!

Pour cake mixture into greased pot.

Prepare pecan pie according to your own recipe. Any traditional recipe on the Internet will do. I use Betty Crocker's.

Break cookies into large pieces and cover bottom of the greased pot that the pie will go into.

Pour pecan pie mixture into pot over cookies.

Add a handful of chocolate chips to the pecan pie mixture for an easy chocolate pecan pie if you prefer.

Cook on high for 3 hours.

After 3 hours, turn off heat and let both pots cool and for the pie to settle.

Ready to serve...
