Preheat the oven at 180 degree Celsius
Beat the butter and sugar. Make sure it's in a single direction.
It will takes about 5-8 mins
The end product should looks creamy and fluffy
Add in eggs one by one in the mixture and continue to beat it
Do not over beat it.
Add in the cream corn and milk and continue beating for another 1 min
Add 1 tsp of baking powder and 1/2 tsp of bicarbonate of soda into the flour
Sieve the flour
Add 1/2 the flour into the butter mixture.
Add the remaining half of the flour and continue to fold it. This is how it should looks like in the end.
Oil the baking tray with vegetable oil spray. Scoop the batter into the tray evenly.
It's ready to bake for 20 mins. Longer baking time required for bigger mould.
Here you go. The Corn Cake is now ready to serve.
