STEPS
INGREDIENTS
Preheat oven to 200*F and gather your materials
Wash and slice your apples very thinly (if you have a mandolin and apple corer I recommend that you use those, but I don't, so I just used a sharp knife!)
I made round slices until it became too difficult to cut them that way, so then I made smaller sized pieces
Place your apple slices in one layer on your lined cookie sheets and lightly sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar! You may skip this step to make it healthier, but I love the taste of cinnamon and apples
Place apples in your preheated oven and bake for 1 hour. After 1 hour, flip the apples over and bake for another 1- 1 1/2 hours. Turn oven off and let chips cool completely in oven before removing
Once chips are cool, remove from pan and enjoy!
You can store these in an airtight container for up to one week. Enjoy!
- 2-3 apples of your choice (I like Honeycrisp)
- Cinnamon/Sugar
- 2 baking sheets
