Spray your muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray and fill your muffin cups pretty full. These will not rise.
Have your oven preheated to 375 degrees and bake for 20-30 minutes.
You'll know their done by how brown the tops of the muffins are. This recipe makes about 18 muffins.
