Take 2 1/4 cups of all purpose flour
Add in 1 teaspoon of baking soda
Also add on 1 teaspoon of salt
Sieve the dry ingredient together
Use the paddle attachment
3/4 cup of unsalted butter (room tempreature)
1/4 cup of cream cheese (room tempreature)
1/2 cup of sugar and 1 cup packed light brown sugar
And mix them together
Add 2 eggs. 1 by 1
Add in 1 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract
And lastly, add the flour mixture slowly
2 cups. Of semi-sweet chocolate chips
And fold them instead of beating
Wrap the mixture, and leave it for a night before baking
Use small ice cream scoop for shaping
And bake for 9-11 minutes at 180 degree celcius
Put them in a jar
