Ingredients: 2.0c Flour; 1/3c Packed brown sugar; 1/3c Sugar; 2.0tsp Baking powder; 1/2tsp Salt; 1/2c Melted; cooled butter; 2.0 Eggs; 2/3c Milk; 1/2tsp Vanilla; 1/2c Chocolate chips

STEPS
INGREDIENTS
Mix together flour, sugars, baking powder, and salt
Mix together melted butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla
Make a well in dry ingredients and and pour in wet ingredients
Mix in chocolate chips
Place wrappers in tin
Fill tins half full
Bake at 400 degrees for 18 mins
Take out of oven and cool for 10 mins
