Separate egg yolk from whites and safe egg white for tomorrow breakfast.
Cream butter with sugar
Add yolk one at a time
Wrap with plastic, put in the fridge for one hour.
Roll it. Cut off with cooky stamp
Dip stamp in flour so it will not stick
Bake 375 F. For 12-13 mins. Rest on rack to cool
