Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line mini muffin pan with liners - I used holiday ones to add some colour!
Melt butter and chocolate in double boiler.
Blend eggs and sugar in large bowl.
Add melted mixture to sugar and egg mixture and mix.
In a separate bowl, mix flour cocoa, and salt, then add to chocolate mixture.
Fill liners about 3/4 full and bake for approximately 14-16 minutes or until toothpick inserted into centre comes out clean.
Let cool in pan then transfer to wire racks to cool completely before icing.
In mixer, cream butter until fluffy, then add 1/2 cup of icing sugar alternating with adding milk.
Pipe brownies using your favourite icing tool and method.
