Delicious soft and fluffy banana chocolate muffins with a hint of cinnamon! You can't even taste the banana, it just gives it a great consistent.
Preheat your oven to 200 degrees and line your baking tray with muffin cases.
In a bowl mix: sugar, vanilla and eggs.
Until white, light and fluffy.
Set the bowl aside, melt the butter over a low heat and set that aside to.
In your egg mixture you can now mix in flour, cinnamon and baking powder. After that you can pour the cooled butter into.
Mash the bananas.
Mix the bananas in and whisk until you have a smooth batter.
Chop the chocolate in chunky pieces.
And fold them in.
Here is the done batter!
Fill the cases about half way up.
And bake them in the oven for 15-20 minutes depending on your oven.
While they bake turn on the radio and listen to music.
Or eat the rest of the batter....
Check the muffins after 15 minutes.
If they are done, then you can let them cool.
Here is the result! I made some frosting for decoration, but you could also eat them as they are.
