Sift together cake flour, baking powder, baking soda

Cream butter and sugar Add eggs one at a time Add in banana puree

Alternately add milk and flour mixture staring and ending with the flour mixture

Divide into cupcake liners and bake for 350F for 15-18 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean

Let it cool before frosting with chocolate ganache

Finish with a ganache topping and decorate with sprinkles or dragees
