Meanwhile, put flour in separate bowl (dry ingredients)

Add dry ingredients in mixer and beat on low. Should be like this when finished.

Pour into pan. I added in chocolate chips (small handful), but you can use nuts if you want to.

Bake for 30-40 minutes (mini pans), or 1 hour for big pan. Test for doneness using a toothpick inserted into the middle. If it's clean then your done! If not, bake until you get a clean toothpick.

When the timer is up, take it out of the oven and BAM your banana bread! Let it rest. For a minute or two before taking out of pan.
