Ingredients (8 of these)
Start by warming your oven to 200°C. Take your baking tray and grease it with a little bit of butter, then place your baking paper inside your tray and grease it as well.
Melt the 80gr of butter
Start by mixing the sugar and the flour
Then add the butter, orange zest, orange juice, the 8 eggs and whisk it all together. Don't need to whisk it to well just so that the ingredients are combined.
Place mixture into your baking tray and cook in lower half of the oven for 20 minutes.
Just before the 20 minutes are up get another sheet of baking paper, placed on your counter and sprinkle it with a spoon of sugar.
Take your tray out of the oven after the cooking time is finished and flip it over the baking paper with the sugar. Remove the tray and the baking paper used in the oven...
...and role your roulade into shape with the help of the baking paper.
Let it cool down, transfer to a tray or serving plate and decorate.

- Zest of 2 oranges
