Prepare the container and fix the mixing knife.
Pour in the milk or water.
Add salt into one corner of the container.
Add sugar into one corner of the container.
Pour in the wholemeal flour.
Make sure the flour cover the entire surface.
Pour in the bread flour.
Likewise, make sure it covers the entire surface.
Pour in the skimmed milk powder.
Depress and create a small crater on the flour with your finger.
Pour in the yeast into the small crater. Make sure the yeast remains dry and not in contact with the salt.
Put the container back into the bread maker.
Secure it tightly.
Cover the lid and start the power supply.
Select the right mode, the color desired and weight.

- 1.75 cup of bread flour
