Add sugar and butter to a bowl then combine

Then add the flour and mix

Then add the eggs and mix

Then add the cocoa powder

Then add the milk and coffee if it isn't very smooth add more milk not so it's runny but so it makes a squishing sound when stirring :) xxx

Put cake batter into two tins and place in the oven for 30 mins (or until spring and inserted knife comes out clean)

Remove cakes from oven place on a cooling rake till cool

When the cake is cool ice middle and top with chocolate butter cream. I never use a recipe for this I just put a little butter ,cocoa powder, icing sugar and milk in a bowl and combine .Easy peasy!
