I like using Shiraz red wine, it goes well with the cheese.

  • 3/4c Dark or semisweet chocolate
  • 2.0c All purpose flour
  • 1/2tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2tsp Salt
  • 1/2c Unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 4.0oz Camembert cheese
  • 3/4c Suger
  • 2.0 Large eggs
  • 1.0tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/4c Dry red wine
  • 1.0c Walnuts or hazelnuts
