Start off with some fresh mullberries....
You can leave the stems on if you want.
Rinse the berries...
Get your sugar, lemon, and salt together
Take a pretty picture ;)
Add the juice of the lemon to your mullberries
Add sugar
Pinch of salt
Stir it up and set to the side.
Now for the topping...
Add the oat flour, oats, brown sugar, and melted ghee into a bowl and mix until it forms a sort of cohesive sticky dough.
Put the mullberries in your pie pan.
Add the topping...
... And pat it down.....
Throw it in a 375 degree oven for 34 minutes, an listen to some cool jams.
Take it out. And try to let it cool... :p
Cut that pie up!
Eat that pie!
