Most cakes use 3 cups of flour. By dropping two cups of flour & using the ingredients you add 2 cups of fiber instead of flour
You can also use turbanado sugar or Splenda
Cartoned egg whites can take the place of eggs. One could also switch to apple sauce. As long as the swaps are even - you're good to go. Experiment & have fun!
