Combine water, oil, yeast n sugar n allow to rest for 15 min.
After 15 min, it shd look like this. Add salt, flour n egg. Knead for 5 min until dough is soft n smooth.
Oil hands n shape into balls. Flatten n fill with whatever filling you like. Seal up n place on pan. Allow to rest for 10 min. Glaze with egg wash. Bake 15-20 min or until golden brown

I sprinkled with some shredded cheese before baking.
