How to bake 3 in 1 oatmeal cookies
This versatile recipe is not only nutritious & simple but theres THREE versions! 1. Banana & PB, 2. Dried Raisins & Cranberries, 3. Hazelnuts & Dark Choc-Chips! It's sure to make you salivate.
Preheat oven to180C or 160C fan-forced.
Set up all ingredients. Note: Place the first 9 ingredients listed into a large bowl.
Make a well & add the liquid (almond milk, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract & honey).
Combine with a Spatula or Wooden spoon.
Add the mashed banana & natural peanut butter. Then stir to combine.
Roll the mixture into small balls then flatten with the palm of your hand. Make one row and leave remaining dough.
Divide the rest of the mixture into two bowls.
Add the apple sauce and dried raisins & cranberries in one bowl. The raw cacao powder & dark choc chips in the other.
Repeat the rolling & flattening process for the two mixtures.
Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Marvel in its beauty & then eat! These are a great snack & can be kept in a container or cookie jar for about a week.

- 1/3c Almond Milk
- 1.0Tbsp Melted Coconut Oil

- 1/4c Mashed Banana
- 1.0Tbsp Natural Peanut Butter or Almond Butter
- 1.0Tbsp Apple Sauce
- 1/4c Dried Raisins & Cranberries
- 1.0Tbsp Chopped Hazelnuts
- 1/8c Dark Chocolate Chips
