Cut all stems down to 6" and tape three carnations together with floral tape
Place one carnation slightly higher than the other two to form a face
Add two more carnations on the upper sides for the ears to complete the puppy's head
Place block of floral foam in a basket with liner and layer the salal on bottom, surrounding foam and place the carnations stems of the puppy's head in the floral foam
Make the paws by placing three carnations in a line and taping together
Add the puppy paws into the floral foam and surround the flowers
