The first step is to wash your hands or feet. Then, clip and file your nails. Next, push back your cuticles with either a cuticle pusher or an Orangewood stick.

Select the best fitting strip and peel off. Use the straight line of the strip and start at the cuticle line. Press the strip onto the nail and file away the excess from the nail edge.

Add a top coat of your choice from the cuticle to the free adage, capping the free edge to seal. Lastly, apply either a lotion or a cuticle oil of your choice.
