How to apply 3m clear bar to car door edges

This is the back of the 3M Tape, you can buy this stuff off amazon. Its great to apply to your car door edges and front of your car hood. It provides some protection for paint. :)

Usually come in a roll like this :)

First find where you want to put the Clear Bra. I'm going to use it on the door edges.

Measure exactly where you want it.

Clean both the outside and inside of the car door edge really good. You can spray a little alcohol on it to remove and debris or anything on the area your going to be working on.

Next with the measurements you have, measure and mark the length your going to cut I did 1inch and 1/2 wide.

Make some markings...:)

Measured and marked now all you have to do is cut the piece out.

Next just overlap it on the other 3M Tape and just cut another piece this eliminates you measuring every time

All four pieces cut :)

Next spray the area completely with the slip solution front and back and peel and spray the entire piece your going to put on that area.

Here is the piece covered in the slip solution... :) be generous with it don't be Afraid to cover it, you don't want to handle this stuff dry.

Next just stick it on the door and it will slide around perfectly don't worry about the bubbles just get it wear you want it.

Use a credit card to squeegee the bubbles out which is really easy cause it's the solution... Literally take like one good pass over it lol and it's perfect.

Enjoy!! These are way better then those bulky door edge guards these are practically invisible and work great think of it... Like a screen protector but for your car paint lol
