Cut out the shape from felt you wish to appliqué and apply the fusing by placing the felt face down and ironing the fusing against it. Use a paper towel underneath the felt object for easy cleanup

Peel the paper off the felt piece and place fusing side down on the clothing.

Iron the felt for 10 sec.

Use an embroidery hoop and hand stitch around to edge of the felt object.
