How to apple owl garnish

Place an apple on the cutting board

Use chef knife and cut the side of the apple to create the body

Pin the slice to the side of apple

Take your second apple

Cut a V shape face using the paring knife

Use your paring knife to make inserts to create the eyes and nose

Place the raisins in the holes of the face

Take the circle peel that you cut from the face

Pin it on the other side

Cut the last face peel and cut to small triangles

Insert them in the holes on top of the head

Put a toothpick on top of the apple

Pin the head on top of the toothpick
