This tutorial will show how to add embellishments while wrapping, rather then after.
I'm using embroidery floss (iris brand) and I've already strung my beads, which are just old plastic ones from some costume jewelry. But these are the supplies I'm using.
String your beads. I premeasured so even though it looks short I know it'll fit. Better to add more beads then not enough because it'll be much easier to remove them later than it will be to add them.
Starting at the opposite end tie your string on and start wrapping. If you aren't sure how to do this check out my first guide "how to wrap bottle rings".
When you get back to the beginning keep going adding a bead to each turn...
.... Like this!! ( ignore my finger nail I dropped a metal pump on it at work... Sorry for the gross out lol) There's a video in the next slide
When you get to the end pull it tight
Add a dab of glue and smooth it down
Snip and smooth the end until its invisible.
All done!! You can so this with any beads you can string.
Just another view. Have fun!!
