Cut a slit all the way across

Put the scissors through the bead

Open the bead so it will be easier to put it on the cord

Put the bead around the cord. Careful not to cut the cord.

Pull the scissors out and the bead will stay on the cord

Keep repeating steps till you have the whole charger covered in Perler beads
