Open Safari.
Type in the name of the website you want to go to.
Open up the website you want. Go down to the very bottom and tap on the box with an arrow coming out of it.
When a list of options comes up tap on "Add to Home Screen".
Next, type in the title you would like your new shortcut to be. When you are finished, tap "add".
When you tap "add" it will take you to the home screen and your shortcut will appear.
