Go into your contacts and find the person you want to ad a nickname to. Tap on edit at the top right of the window.

Scroll down and tap on add field.

In the new field tap the nickname, for the sake of this guide I used "my wife" once done tap on done.

You are now ready to use this nickname with Siri. Simply press and hold the home button or press once on your home button and stick your phone next to your ear to launch Siri then say "call my wife"
