How to add high temp silicone sealant to heating element

Unplug unit and turn it on its side

Loosen 2 Phillips screws

Slide stainless steel panel forward away from the screws

Gently lift stainless steel cover upward

Use caution with wires as they may be slightly tangled

Carefully place element tray on the side of the unit

Add high heat silicone to the points where the wire connects with the element

Repeat the same process for the other connection

Carefully replace the element tray and allow the silicone 1 hour to fully cure before turning on the element.
