Then use a pencil/thin lip color/liner to line and fill in your lips. This is elf's Matte Lip Color in Rich Red.

Next, take a slightly darker color, like this one from Rimmel that I pulled the tag off of forever ago.

Apply it directly to your lips.

THIS STEP IS TOTALLY OPTIONAL!! You can take a red gloss, like this one from jane. Apply this over your lips for a glossy touch.

I used a q-tip to clean up around the lips. All done!!
