And right side
And middle
Now sit in ballerina stretch where your front leg is bent
And your back leg is straight then do the other side
Next do lunges
Make sure your foot is in front of your knee
And then straighten out your front leg
And bring your face to your knee
Then slide out into splits!
Then do the other side lunges and slide out into splits!
