Score 7" x 11" Kraft card stock at the 5" and 6" marks using scoreboard.
Cut three pieces of pattern paper to fit front, inside and outside seam of card. Corner punch three pieces of pattern paper. Adhere to front,inside and outside seam of card with adhesive. 
Add pattern paper strips to front of card. Add Dec 26 banner to front. 
Add one ephemera card to front. Fussy cut second ephemera card and add to front of card with pop dots. 
Fussy cut stamp images from pattern paper. Adhere to front of card with pop dots. 
Tie gingham and twine bow. Adhere to front of card. 
Add flowers to front of card. 
Add chipboard to front of card with pop dot.  Tie charm to front of card. 
Add pattern paper to inside of card. 
Staple border to inside seam of card. Add two small candy bars to inside with glue dots. Place border over top of candy bars. Staple into place. Add die cut with pop dots. 
Add ribbon bow and chipboard to tag. Adhere to inside of card.
