Split yr hair into three sections

Take the left section and make a whole towards the top

Now bring the middle section through that whole so the middle section is now the let section and the left section is the middle section

Repeat making a whole in the right section and pulling the middle through so the middle is now the the right section and the right section Is now the middle

Continue alternating right and left
